The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking applicants for tenure track
positions in computer science or computer engineering. The department is particularly interested in receiving applications from individuals with
strong backgrounds in formal methods (with emphasis on cryptography), software engineering,
bioinformatics, computer architecture/VLSI systems, and computer networks and security. The
positions are at the assistant professor level, although qualified candidates will be considered at
all levels. Applicants must have an earned doctorate in computer science or computer engineering
or closely related field and must be U.S. citizens.
These positions require teaching at the graduate level as well as establishing and sustaining a
strong research program.
