of an NIH funded project. Expertise in image
processing, linear algebra, graph theory, ma-
chine learning, and excellent system skills in-

Swarthmore College is a small, selective liberal arts college located in a suburb of Philadelphia. The Computer Science Department offers
majors and minors in computer science at the
undergraduate level. Applicants must have teaching experience and should be comfortable teaching a wide range of courses at the introductory
and intermediate level. We are particularly interested in candidates who specialize in theory and
algorithms or in systems areas, however, we will
consider candidates from all areas of CS. A Ph.D.
in CS by or near the time of appointment is preferred (ABD is required). We expect to begin interviewing in early February 2010.
